Delivery

When will I receive my photo tiles?

Your glass photo tiles will arrive in 3-6 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently our glass photo tiles can only be shipped to addresses in the United States.

Product

How large are the tiles?

Our tiles are 8” x 8” square and about ¾” deep.

What kind of materials do you use?

Each photo is printed onto ultra-lightweight tempered glass much like the glass for mobile phones and tablets. Each glass photo tile is then mounted onto a thin block so that it appears to `float` on your wall.

Where are the photo tiles manufactured?

All of our glass photo tiles are printed in the USA to the highest quality standards.

Hanging Tiles

How do I affix a tile to the wall?

It’s easy. Each tile comes with four small adhesive pads on the back. Easily peel off the protective film on the four pads. Then simply press the tile onto the wall.

How can I make sure it’s straight?

We offer an optional Magic Level™ for only $2. This patented tool will help you to ensure that each tile is perfectly straight and evenly spaced from the tile next to it. Or just do it the old-fashioned way with a level of your own. Don’t sweat it too much; if you get it wrong, just move the tile to a new position.

Will any type of wall work?

Our tiles adhere to the overwhelming majority of surfaces. They’re meant to be applied to painted drywall, modern plaster, cinder block, glass, wood, vinyl, tile and other smooth, sealed and finished surfaces. We do not advise applying tiles to wallpaper nor to a freshly painted wall. (If your wall is freshly painted, check your paint can for cure time. No adhesive is completely fool-proof. So please do not place glass tiles over beds or cribs or in other areas where a falling tile could cause damage to a person or property. We strongly suggest applying to walls with carpeting or other soft surfaces below.

Can I remove a tile once it’s on the wall?

Absolutely! Just pull gently on the front of the tile, and it will come right off the wall. Our tiles are super durable, you never have to worry about damaging a tile when you remove it.

Using the Application

EasyTiles does not have access to my photos on my device. How do I enable access?

iPhone or iPad: Open the Settings app, and then tap Privacy, Photos, and toggle EasyTiles to ON.

Android: Open the Settings app, and then tap Apps & notifications, App permissions, Storage, and toggle EasyTiles to ON.

A small triangle with an exclamation mark is appearing on one of my tiles. What does that mean?

Your photo is too small and may appear fuzzy or blurry when printed at the selected size. We suggest you replace it with a higher-resolution photo.
